How to Open a Ticket & Request for Support

We at Syscodes Infosystems Private Limited, have recently introduced the ticketing system to streamline the customer support process.


Before opening a ticket, you must be logged into the support portal.


If you have not signed up yet, we'd like to request you kindly register with your details by going to this link - https://syscodes.freshdesk.com/support/signup


In case, you already have created an account, log in by going to this link - https://syscodes.freshdesk.com/support/login


Once you're logged in, you will see a similar screen as shown below.


Open a new ticket


1. Click on "Submit a ticket". Fill out the form will all the necessary details and submit it with an attachment (screenshots, in case you're submitting this ticket in reference to some technical issues with your website/mobile application).


2. Our support team will look into it and provide you with a resolution within 24-48hrs. You shall receive all updates directly to your email.


View your submitted ticket(s)


1. Go to https://syscodes.freshdesk.com/ and log in to your account.

2. Click on "View all tickets".
